I have to agree with the poster above. Currently, the OP is just a fan item–fans will want to take a look, but it’s not something that’ll tend to proliferate. With fansubs, it becomes a rather useful promotional tool that’ll spread across the Internet by itself. If push comes to shove, you could always give the translation to a fansubbing group and ask them to do the subbing for you. I’m sure it would take them all of 30min.
Well, none of MangaGamer’s staff members are capable of such video editing, so we can’t create a subbed version ourselves.
Although, if I recall correctly, in the original game system the game would still work fine even if you replaced the OP movie file with a different movie file. So perhaps…
It does, the system feeds a general command to play the video file so if you have a fansubbed version, even if it’s a different format, it’ll usually play.
