About This Game
How I Met My Healthy Hentai Neighbors is the third entry in the Healthy Hentai series (or as some of you may know it, Kenzen), featuring heroines from the first two games along with a brand-new addition.
While it’s technically a sequel, this installment stands entirely on its own. There’s no ongoing plot to worry about—just familiar faces doing what they do best: being extremely and unapologetically horny in the most outrageous ways possible. So, if this is your first time stepping into the Kenzen universe, don’t worry, you’re good to go!
Premise
Welcome to the world of Healthy Hentai, where sex is just another part of everyday life—public, gangbang, BDSM, you name it! As long as it’s consensual, anything goes.
And then we have Jirou, a man who has somehow remained a virgin in this anything-goes society. But that doesn’t mean he’s not interested, he’s just very particular about who his first partner will be, since it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience and all.
After a few twists and turns, Jirou ends up moving to Vaginville—right next door to the Maezono family, a legendary household of proud perverts made up of a single mother and her four daughters. As for what happens next… I’m sure you can already guess.
The Heroines
In this game, Jirou gets to choose between the five beautiful ladies of the Maezono family—Chika, Chihiro, Chizuru, Chinami, and Chihaya (the heroines of the first game); a harem of sex officers made up of the second game’s heroines; or none of them, and instead goes for the new character: the gyaru upperclassman, Rika-senpai!
That said, as the title suggests, the game ultimately focuses on the Maezonos and their routes. Each Maezono has her own individual route, while the heroines from the second game all share a single route. And if Jirou doesn’t end up with any of them, he finds himself with Rika-senpai instead.
