Hi everyone! DragonS55 here again to share another translator’s corner for Supipara Chapter 2 with you today. More after the jump! Fair warning: This post contains spoilers from Chapter 1, and briefly describes the first ~30 minutes of Chapter 2.
Like many others, Umineko was a title that introduced me to the world of visual novels. Many people are familiar with Higurashi, whether it’s because of the anime or visual novel, and want more of the horror/mystery that its story is often characterized by. It’s not hard to come across Umineko as it’s another work by 07th Expansion, and it’s certainly a spiritual successor to Higurashi. There are even references made to the latter! Continue reading

As you are all aware, we have been dealing with issues with our payment processor for the past week and a half. We have made every effort to get processing back up and running in time for Beat Blades Haruka‘s originally scheduled release date, but we will need just a little bit more time to get everything fully operational again.
As you may have seen on our social media outlets, we have found a new payment processor, and are making finishing arrangements with them now. At this time, we have tentatively rescheduled Beat Blades Haruka’s release date for February 29th, 2016. Also, due to these unforeseen issues, we will be extending the discounted pre-order price through the end of its release week!
We would like to thank you all for your patience, and for all the messages of encouragement you have been sending us for the past week. It really does mean a lot to all of us here at MangaGamer.
Yoho~ Rance-sama here! I’d just like start by saying that Free Friends 2 is actually a very high quality Nukige. The story and plot feel much more invested in rather than just being a means to an end for the H scenes. It really does an excellent job of getting you attached to the characters, so it can rip your heart out, stomp on it, and Tidus laugh in your face. When vndb tags Free Friends 2 with “Depression” and “Evil Route”, it’s not messing around. You have the Pure Love Route and the Depravity/Corruption Route, so all you softies out there can still enjoy your romance while the rest of us sick motherfuckers get to enjoy something so malicious and twisted that it would make even the evil otter pleased. Everybody wins! Especially the otter. Continue reading
Hello, this is Kitty-tama with my tester’s corner for Free Friends 2. This is my first (and hopefully not last!) title I beta tested for MangaGamer. It was quite an experience! Free Friends 2 is a significant improvement on the previous game in the series in every aspect. (More after the jump.)
Welcome, sale-loving denizens of the Internet! Since I’ve already written at-length about eden*‘s plot and the translation’s development history in previous blog posts, I thought I’d talk a bit about how eden* has done post-release this time around! More after the jump~
