Have you ever fallen in love with a fictional character, gentle reader? Perhaps you have a “waifu,” a character for whom you feel such strong affection no other character can compare. Before last year, I had considered myself above such things, but during my work on Cartagra and Kara no Shojo 2, I realized… I had fallen in love. With a character who appears in both games, and indeed could be considered central to each of their plots. Continue reading

Today we’re happy to announce the release of the demo for Kara no Shojo 2, sequel to Kara no Shojo and Cartagra! This time around we’re trying something a little unusual, not only do we have a standard, downloadable version (also Mac and Linux versions!) available for you all to try, but we’ve also got a version of the demo that you can play right in your browser. Both versions of the demo feature the same content, so feel free to try either one (or both if you’re so inclined). Visit the Kara no Shojo 2 homepage for download links and more information!
Also a bit unusual about this particular demo: it features completely original content––this isn’t just the first 10-15% of the game, it’s basically a prologue to the game. Kara no Shojo 2 can be played without having played the original, though familiarity with the characters does help. Though the demo does not feature any erotic content, it is not for the faint of heart. Continue reading

A twisted, gory, and absolutely fantastic ride, and all things that happen to be right up my valley of visual novel taste. Continue reading
